All of our products are made to order — which means we don’t accept returns, size swaps, or color exchanges. Double-check your cart before you hit that button, because once it’s in production, it’s yours.
Shipping Issues
If your order gets returned because of a carrier error or an invalid address, don’t worry — we’ll reship it. Just reach out and we’ll get it sorted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your stuff shows up damaged or defective, you’ve got options:

Missing Orders
If your order’s gone MIA, you’ve got 30 days after the expected delivery date to let us know. After that, we can’t guarantee a resolution — but if you hit us up in time, we’ll work to make it right.
